Yvonne Ellen

Founder,creator and originator of Yvonne Ellen, established 2013.A contemporary designer with a strong passion for unique and quirky things.

The brand is a reflection of Yvonne’s love of beautiful vintage bone china, unexpected illustration and colour, and aims to deliver enchanting, out of the ordinary designs that evoke a sense of nostalgia. This established Yvonne Ellen as highly covetable, gathering press acclaim in the UK and internationally. Having collaborated with companies including Liberty London, Anthropologie and Triumph, the brand continues to gather momentum and grow.

It all started with a hand illustrated vintage tea set, made as a gift for a friends wedding. “I wanted to give a gift that was both beautiful and unique which I had struggled to find on the high street. Following some fantastic feedback and admiration of the piece, I decided to take the leap into selling my designs to a wider audience”.

Yvonne trained as a printed textile designer at Nottingham Trent University, and her journey so far has found her working as a print designer selling designs to the likes of Ted Baker, Topshop, Whistles, Oasis, Warehouse, Coast, Debenhams and Superdry.
